I reckon I've got a pretty good head for making decisions, and have yet to regret any of the big ones I've had to make since I was at least eleven. And I know that everyone has a different idea of what constitutes an ideal job, or an ideal company to start off in. But really, I'd appreciate it if everyone would keep their value judgements to themselves, especially if these are borne of ignorance, prejudice or materialism. This is my decision to make, and if you trust me enough to make a sensible decision that's in my own best interest, then the best gift that you can give me is sincere, affirmative support. Period.

A lot of the time, I start to blog and then I end up not saying anything at all. Today I'm going to try and get to the end of this post. And the only way I'm going to coherently exhibit the random thoughts that are running through my head is to write them down in point form.
1. My brother is a real piece of work. I had some serious decisions to make today and when I consulted him, he wouldn't even listen to me because HIS FISH WERE DYING.
2. I don't know why I don't learn how to drive, especially since it seems that I have to be the one directing taxi drivers all over the damn place. Fuckwits don't seem to know how to take their street directories out to check before they drive off, and with taxis costing as much as they do now, I'm paying through my nostrils for these bums to get a tour around Singapore. This seriously calls for a LETTER OF COMPLAINT.
3. Expecting to be loved on your own terms is suicide. I know that because my mother's love language is radically different from my own and I am always disappointed when I find that the support and encouragement I want from her doesn't seem to sound anything like the ideal version that exists in my head.
