There are a gazillion swear words on my tongue, but I can't let them rip. Plus my head is just pounding like crazy. I could kill someone now.

If there's one thing I despise myself for more than my selfishness, it's my tendency to seek validation in the wrong places. I take it as a sign of weakness, and I don't like to be weak. But the funny thing is, when I find myself pulling back from the things I depend too much on, am I really cutting my losses--or am I self-destructing?
